An SOS moment is when an event, real or imagined, has triggered the stress response in your body which then leads you to feel so overwhelmed that you either can’t make a decision, you procrastinate about starting a task or you doubt you ability to be able to do something, which leads you to become 'stuck' in a task, your career, or life in general.
Catri guides you through her very own method to transforming these SOS moments using breathwork, visualisation and meditation. Her SOS technique takes you through a 3 step process: Stop, Overide, and Soften.

It’s mental health awareness week and in episode 17 Catri shares her journey of overcoming anxiety, depression, and eating disorders and she is a big supporter of the body neutrality movement.
She tells the powerful story about her spiral into mental illness after she contracted Meningitis aged 13 and nearly died whilst in a coma. She talks about her issues around body image and how we can all improve it with body image.
